Hi, I’m Kirsty.
A certified executive coach, passionate mindset & Life coach, and self development enthusiasT.
I am on a mission is to redefine success for professionals, entrepreneurs and leaders by showing them that sustainable high performance doesn’t need to result in burnout.
My approach blends executive coaching principles with life coaching techniques creating a transformative experience that delivers results inside and outside the boardroom.
I believe you CAN be wildly successful and perform in the top 1% of high performers, without sacrifice.
All it takes is the right structure, routines, habits, and mindset to make it happen.
That’s where I come in..
so how did i get here?
In 2022, I was made redundant from my role as the Head of People at Deliveroo; where I had spent the majority of the last decade building the human resources function from a start up through to IPO in Australia.
With over a decade of experience in HR and leadership development, I’ve witnessed firsthand the challenges professionals face when trying to balance their personal lives with high performance careers.
I was that high performer striving for success, burning the candles at both ends and completely neglecting my wellbeing, relationships and health — resulting in burnout.
Having tried to navigate different roadblocks, perfectionism, anxiety, and just trying to get through just one more week I knew I had to make a change.
When I reflected on what I wanted to do next — it was kind of a no brainer.
I wanted to help others find the same version of sustainable success that I had found whilst still being a high performer (and getting pay rises working less hours)
Then The Thrive & Grow Project was born.
Going beyond conventional methods of coaching to combine executive coaching, life coaching and mindset to focus on the whole individual — working on who did they needed to become not just the how.
We work together to build structure, align your personal values with your professional goals, ensuring you lead with purpose, confidence, and clarity.
My clients can thrive holistically, while driving meaningful impact in their careers without the sacrifice.
Outside of coaching, I prioritise living a balanced lifestyle
It’s not always been this way, this balanced lifestyle was the result of dealing with anxiety and depression as I navigated through my own personal hardships. Throwing in a dose of perfectionism born out of my anxiety and burnout from working too many hours and trying to do all the things; this kicked off my personal development journey where I would learn all of the tools to support me on my own journey and unlock my desire to want to help others to do the same.
I truly believe that continuous improvement is essential for identifying your blind spots and cultivating growth. As a self-development enthusiast, I continually seek new ways to learn and level up in my own life as well as for my clients.
I love to read, listen to podcasts on my walks and work with my own coach/mentors.
When I’m not coaching clients or running workshops — you will find me jumping into ice baths or taking dips in the ocean in winter, moving my body daily, walking my British bulldog Janice, getting sweaty in a sauna, spending time with my partner Adam, enjoying time with friends and family, travelling to new places and eating all the things along the way.
