Hi, I’m Kirsty.

A certified executive coach, passionate mindset & Life coach, and self development enthusiasT.

I am on a mission to help professionals, leaders and business owners step away from having to choose their work over their personal life and help them to really integrate balance so they can thrive in their lives and career without burning out.

After university I travelled abroad, living in London for 3 and half years. I travelled around Europe, trying new cuisines, immersing myself in new cultures and experiencing everything the world had to offer.

Fast forward to the end of 2022, I was made redundant from my role as Head of People at Deliveroo where I had spent the previous 7 years building the human resource function from a startup through to IPO. I learnt a lot about myself in my role at Deliveroo, I loved working in Human Resources but I was always drawn to coaching and developing my own team and the wider organisation. Not to mention my friends and family along the way…

Since then, I have been on a journey of self discovery and professional growth (whilst sprinkling in some well deserved travel and rest!). This is where the Thrive & Grow project was born.

When I was faced with the choice on what to do next, I took a leap out of my comfort zone and built a business where I could combine my experience with my passion of coaching people and helping them to grow and develop. Whilst I loved working in HR, I’m not going to miss worrying about who has called in sick on a Monday.

Outside of coaching, I prioritise living a balanced lifestyle

You will find me jumping into ice baths or taking dips in the ocean in winter, moving my body daily, walking my British bulldog Janice, getting sweaty in a sauna, spending time with my partner Adam, enjoying time with friends and family, travelling to new places and eating all the things along the way.

It’s not always been this way, this balanced lifestyle was the result of dealing with anxiety and depression as I navigated through my own personal hardships. Throwing in a dose of perfectionism born out of my anxiety and burnout from working too many hours and trying to do all the things; this kicked off my personal development journey where I would learn all of the tools to support me on my own journey and unlock my desire to want to help others to do the same.

As a self-development enthusiast, I continually seek new ways to learn and level up in my own life. I truly believe that continuous improvement is essential for identifying your blind spots and cultivating growth. I love to read, listen to podcasts on my walks and work with my own coach/mentors.
