Hi, I'm Kirsty Seaborne. I've spent the last 15 years of my corporate career in a variety of different roles. Most recently as the Head of People at Deliveroo over the last 7 years.
I joined Deliveroo when they were an early-stage startup with 20 employees, where I built the human resource function to support 180 employees across Australia and through to IPO in 2021.
Startup life comes with a unique set of challenges. Few get to build a function from a startup, where you are laying the foundations; navigating growing pains as you step into the murky waters of becoming a corporate through to preparing the business for IPO.
Through my experience at Deliveroo, I have mastered the art of navigating change and transformations with ease. I am now empowering my clients to do the same through exploring innovative approaches to problem-solving, decision-making, and proactively addressing their personal biases and/or blind spots.
I am passionate about authentic leadership, and I have combined my experience coaching and training leaders with my passion for health and wellbeing, to empower individuals to break down the barriers that are stopping them from stepping into their full potential.
