Every 90 minutes, schedule a 15 minute break to recharge your mind, go one step further by setting a hard stop for work every day – It’s a very simple shift but your productivity will go through the roof. 

THEY BALANCE PRODUCTIVITY WITH PURPOSE 

When you’re hustling 24/7 it can feel productive in the moment.
